Bookstore

The bookstore stocks all the required textbooks for your Franklin courses and Franklin branded merchandise (apparel, accessories & gifts) and a small range of basic stationery items (pens, notepads, post-its etc.). 

Textbooks

Textbooks can be purchased online on textbooks.fus.edu Your orders will be ready for pick-up at the Bookstore within 24 hours.  

If you have difficulties buying online, please contact bookstore@fus.edu and we will arrange for alternative payment methods.

Used Books

Used copies of some titles are often available but supplies of these are limited and are available only on a first-come, first-served basis. It is not possible to reserve these books in advance. Used copies are sold at a reduced percentage of the full price, depending on the condition of the book. Should you prefer used copies whenever available, please send an email to bookstore@fus.edu indicating your order number. The discount will then be applied according to availability.

Return Policy

Refunds will only be given if you drop a course, if the bookstore has supplied you with the wrong books, or if the instructor determines a book is no longer required.

• Books can be returned to the bookstore only with the original purchase receipt (sent by email);
• Books can be returned up to one week after the add/drop deadline. No returns are possible after this date;
• Books must be returned in the same conditions as they were bought. A full refund will not be given for damaged books.

Buyback Program

At the end of the Fall and Spring Semesters a Buyback plan is offered in which books can be sold back to the bookstore at an individual percentage of their original price. Buyback will take place during Finals Week.  A list of books which can be returned will be posted in the days leading up to Finals Week here below. Books of editions earlier than mentioned on the list cannot be bought back. Books are bought back until the required quantity is reached.

Official Franklin merchandise can be purchased directly at the Bookstore, at the Kaletsch Campus Reception or online.
